These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FullFrame Media website and the services provided by FullFrame Media ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services Provided
FullFrame Media provides video production services, including videography, aerial videography (drone), and editing. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
2. Payment Terms
To confirm a video production booking, the client is required to make a downpayment of 50% of the total quoted price if the total quoted price exceeds €2000 including VAT (BTW). This downpayment must be made at least one week before the scheduled shooting day.
For bookings with a total quoted price of €1999 including VAT (BTW) or less, the full payment must be made within 14 days after the invoice date.
Regardless of the total quoted price, if the payment for the remaining balance is not completed within the specified timeframe, the client will be charged an additional fee of €15 + VAT (BTW) per day for every day that the payment is late. If the payment is more than 15 days late, the price will increase to €25 + VAT (BTW) per day that the payment is late.
The Total quoted price for equipment rental needs to be made 1 week before the scheduled shooting day even if the total quoted price doesn't exceed €2000.
3. Age Restrictions
Our website does not have specific age restrictions. However, to engage our video production services, clients must be at least 18 years old.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon completion of the project and full payment, all intellectual property rights to the videos, photographs, and other creative content produced as part of our video production services will be transferred to the client. Until that time, FullFrame Media retains all intellectual property rights.
5. Usage of Promotional Material
FullFrame Media is allowed to use behind-the-scenes (BTS) content and parts of the video on social media and other platforms as promotional material. Additionally, FullFrame Media reserves the right to include the entire video in its portfolio, even though the client holds full intellectual property rights to the video.
6. Revisions
Upon completion of the initial video production, the client is entitled to one revision, which is included in the quoted price. This revision covers minor changes or adjustments. However, if substantial alterations are requested, deemed to significantly diverge from the original project scope, additional charges wil apply for that & further revision(s).
7. Limitation of Liability
While FullFrame Media strives to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of our videos or any other deliverables. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to clients shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific video production services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at any time without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
9. Modification of Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to use our website and services after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
