This Return Policy governs the return and cancellation of video production services purchased from FullFrame Media ("we," "us," or "our") on the FullFrame Media website. By purchasing our video production services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel video production services free of charge up to one week before the scheduled shooting day. If a cancellation occurs within one week of the shooting day, the client is required to pay 20% of the quoted price to compensate for the time and gear reserved by FullFrame Media.

2. Initiation of cancellation or refund

To initiate a cancellation or request a refund, clients must send an email to, explaining the reason for the cancellation or refund request. The email must include the invoice number associated with the purchase. (refunds are ony given when the service has not been performed yet)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the cancellation or refund request, we will review it based on the provided information and our return policy. If the request is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund according to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in the client's account.
